I think I have crystal balls. Seriously. KBR DOWN, RNWK DOWN, CAB DOWN. I shouldn't have flake out on my RNWK short, it was down 9% earlier.

Shorting HBC.

Put options are in my favor too, a ton NTM @ $80 , I think these people are all right, the only factor that could screw everyone up is the spin factor, and analysts running scams. For example, analysts predict a GIGANTIC loss from HBC, so they might "beat estimates" which has caused bank stocks to rally in the past, it's absurd. Their numbers will be garbage. Add in the PPT and other market manipulation and you've got increased risk now in an otherwise brainless short.

PPS has some "regular" apartments too, rental of those will be up , people need to live some place so the rental market should be up a hair. There are a lot of condo owners converting to rental properties though, so the rental market will see a lot of competition too. Not sure how much PPS is bleeding just yet though.

CAB being naked short squeezed too possibly, what a winning combo, hehehe GO PUTS! BTW, I tried to short CAB, i got a "pending approval" and then it denied it, I tried 5 times. That pisses me off!
