We're not sure if it's right or what it means...lets buy both just to be sure we don't miss another 100% move...go CHINA digital TV upgrade boom!
(and yes we are thinking of changing our blog name to BuyOnTheHigh.com or maybe ChinaStockDartBoard.com ....not sure yet.)
