Beazer Homes (NYSE: BZH) 15.2% HIGHER; homebuilders are outperforming today and Beazer seems to be leading the group lower. With about 25% of its float shorted as of mid-June, the stock may be rising as shorts cover their downside bets. Also, Credit Suisse upgraded KB Home (NYSE: KBH) to Outperform this morning.
