Credit Suisse initiates Neutral. Target $18. Credit Suisse initiates HK with a Neutral and an $18 tgt they see multiple years ahead of strong production and reserve growth (~10-15% per annum) from a set of lower cost gas development projects. However, they believe HK is already discounting much of this growth with the shares up 17% in the last month.

NEUTRAL is ok, ....it gives them an opportunity to upgrade once we break the 52-week high of $16.50 from 6/26/07 .... it's about time, don't ya'll think!
