Is this a buy then? Could head back to 60. The post doesn't seem to say 'buy' or 'watchlist', just 'add'. It's not quite clear what you are doing :)

Zacks.com releases the latest Analyst Interview. Today's interview is with senior analyst Claudio Freitas, who discusses Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (NYSE: RIO), Petrobras (NYSE: PBR), Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (NYSE: SID) and Brasil Telecom (NYSE: BRP).

I have no doubt about it. I believe within the next 12 months Brazil will be upgraded to investment grade by one of the three most important rating agencies (S&P, Moody's and Fitch). It is also true that the ratings of those agencies are under considerable criticism after all the problems during the subprime crisis. Nevertheless, I believe it is still a considerable development that will certainly have a meaningful impact in the valuation of the Brazilian stocks.
