The 12-month price objective is set to $9.50.In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the company is drilling its first horizontal well in the Vermillion Basin's gas rich, over pressured Baxter shale. Given its $42 million cash balance and its debt-free balance sheet, Kodiak Oil and Gas appears poised to implement its $60 million capital plan in 2007, the analyst says.
